At Showcase Staging Houston we have a fantastic program for those of you who can handle living in luxury homes at apartment rental prices! We currently have several homes in Houston in need of a "Live-In Home Specialist!". This is not a typical rental or lease. This is not a long term living situation! We do not accept housing vouchers! To qualify to become a "Live-In Home Specialist" you ~~~ Must be flexible and be willing to move from luxury home to luxury home periodically (you will be living in homes listed for sale!) Must not smoke (in the home) We prefer non-smokers.. Must not have any pets of any kind Must have decent credit and clear criminal history Must have verifiable income MUST HAVE NICE (MODEL HOME QUALITY PREFERRED) FURNITURE AND ACCESSORIES! Pottery Barn, Pier One, Designer Furniture Stores. Your furniture will be used to Stage homes listed for sale - you will be living in these homes until the house sells~~~ Must provide Photos of Furniture before we process your application! Think of it as living in a model home - using your nice furniture (why we need your pics) - for a fraction of the cost to rent.... not bad huh?
